Polímero W-25 SPE is a non-ionic, water-soluble synthetic resin that acts as a highly substantive lubricating and thickening agent for both skin and hair formulations. It works by creating a smooth, film-forming layer that vastly improves the sliding properties and sensory profile of cosmetic products.
